Refund Policy
Unopened product may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
A credit invoice may also be issued at the customer’s request. Special order items
(not stocked in our warehouse) will incur a 15% restocking fee.
Opened compatible cartridges, that are defective, may be returned within 180 days
of purchase for a replacement cartridge.
Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Cartridges and name brand cartridges
(Apple, Canon, Compaq, Epson, Hewlett Packard, and Lexmark)
are covered by their respective manufacturer's warranties.
If you have a defective item, we will contact the manufacturer to
verify the manufacturers' warranty.
